Tickets Purchase Terms and Conditions

The acquisition and possession of a ticket, in any capacity, implies acceptance of the following conditions:

1. PURCHASE OF TICKETS

  • 1.1. Tickets are issued as CREDENTIALS, specifying the name and individual taxpayer number (CPF or Passport) of the attendee, and are personal and non-transferable.

  • 1.2. To gain access to the festival, attendees must present their credentials along with an official photo ID, as proof of ownership. ENTRANCE TO THE FESTIVAL USING A CREDENTIAL IN THE NAME OF A THIRD PARTY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

  • 1.3. The credential grants its holder permission to enter and exit the festival site (Anhembi) as many times as they choose during the valid day. Upon each entry and exit, attendees must present an official photo ID.

  • 1.4. Your credential includes a QR Code. This QR Code contains some of your personal data (name, email, phone number, city, gender, date of birth). No banking information or sensitive personal data is shared.

  • 1.5. Some third-party exhibitors may request personal data. To streamline this, you can utilize your badge to provide the stored data mentioned above.

  • 1.6. You may choose to share your personal data directly with exhibitors. gamescom latam is not responsible for the handling of this data by the exhibitor.

  • 1.7. Tickets are exclusively sold by Mundo Geek Store, through the website https://www.mundo-ticket.com/ and/or official selling locations announced on https://latam.gamescom.global/.

  • 1.8. gamescom latam is not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.

  • 1.9. Sales opening dates and times:

    • 1.9.1. General public ticket sales will begin on February 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM and end on May 3, 2026, at 8:00 PM, sold in batches and subject to early closure.

  • 1.10. Ticket purchases are subject to availability and approval of the transaction by the credit card operator or PIX confirmation.

  • 1.11. Purchases are subject to review by our security department, which may request additional documents.

  • 1.12. Purchase orders are subject to payment confirmation. Information is used to verify authenticity and credit approval.

  • 1.13. If any discrepancies are identified with the credit card administrator’s data, the order may be canceled.

  • 1.14. After purchasing the ticket, it is not possible to change the selected visitation day.

2. ACCURACY OF FILLING IN/PROVIDING THE NECESSARY DATA

  • 2.1. The purchaser is responsible for correctly providing all required personal data.

  • 2.2. Carefully review your order details (date, category, quantity, eligibility) before confirming. Cancellations or exchanges will not be permitted outside the conditions set forth herein.

  • 2.3. The purchaser is responsible for correctly entering the personal data of the holder of each purchased ticket.

  • 2.4. Completing the information for each ticket is mandatory to collect the credential.

3. TICKET PICKUP

  • 3.1. Credentials will be collected at the festival venue during the event period.

  • 3.2. On-site pickup is contingent upon presentation of the order number and the buyer’s official identification.

4. LOSS, MISPLACEMENT, THEFT OR DAMAGE

  • 4.1. gamescom latam is not responsible for loss, theft, robbery, or damage caused by improper use or third parties.

  • 4.2. To issue a new credential during the festival, a fee of R$ 50.00 (fifty reais) will apply. The previous credential will be completely canceled.

5. THE HALF-PRICE BENEFIT

The benefit is available to:

  • 5.1.1. STUDENTS: Must present the Student Identification Card (CIE) adhering to the national standard model with digital certification.

  • 5.1.2. SCHOOL STAFF (SP): Principals, coordinators, and support staff of state/municipal schools of São Paulo must present official ID and a work card or pay stub.

  • 5.1.3. RETIRED PERSONS: Must present official photo ID and the INSS benefit card.

  • 5.1.4. PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (PCD): Must present an official document with photo. Companions are eligible only if they also meet legal criteria.

  • 5.1.5. LOW-INCOME YOUTH: Must present the ID Jovem card and official photo ID.

  • 5.2. If eligibility is not proven, the holder must pay the difference to the full price; otherwise, access will be denied.

6. SOCIAL DISCOUNT TICKET

  • 6.1. Available to purchasers who make a donation at the time of purchase to selected charitable institutions.

  • 6.2. Provides a discount of 39% to 41% off the regular price. Subject to availability.

  • 6.3. The donation is processed using the same payment method as the ticket.

  • 6.4. Cannot be combined with other promotions or half-price benefits.

7. TICKET TRANSFER

  • 7.1. Allowed once via online request. A fee of R$ 50.00 per ticket applies.

  • 7.2. Four-day tickets and Deluxe Passes are singular and can only be transferred in their entirety.

  • 7.3. Used or partially used tickets cannot be transferred.

  • 7.4. Transferred credentials must be collected exclusively at the festival’s box office.

  • 7.5. There is no guarantee against later cancellation if fraud or inconsistencies are found in the original purchase.

  • 7.6. Transfer is for individuals who cannot attend; it is not an official repurchase channel. gamescom latam is not responsible for third-party transactions.

8. TICKET PURCHASE CANCELLATION

  • 8.1. Cancellation is allowed within 7 business days after purchase confirmation, provided it is at least 48 hours before the festival (no later than April 26th, 2026).

  • 8.2. Delivery service fees will not be refunded if the ticket has already been dispatched.

  • 8.3. Requests must be made through the customer login area (support section).

  • 8.4. No partial cancellations. The entire order must be canceled.

  • 8.5. In case of event cancellation, the admission amount will be refunded.

  • 8.6. In case of postponement due to force majeure (e.g., pandemic), tickets remain valid for rescheduled dates and prices will not be refunded, unless specified by specific legislation.

9. RECORDING IMAGES AND AUDIO

  • 9.1. Activities may be filmed, recorded, or photographed for publication, transmission, or advertising in any media.

  • 9.2. By attending, you grant the free use of your image, name, and voice without any compensation.

10. FESTIVAL PROGRAMMING AND CHANGES

  • 10.1. Programming may change at any time. Changes do not entitle holders to refunds.

  • 10.2. Some attractions have limited capacity; a ticket does not guarantee participation.

  • 10.3. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by parents/guardians.

  • 10.4. Age ratings must be respected.

  • 10.5. Resale of food or entry with dangerous objects is prohibited.

12. CIVIL CONDUCT

12.1. Actions considered abusive may lead to expulsion without refund:

  • 12.1.1. Offensive Conduct: Harassment, aggression, hate speech, threats.

  • 12.1.2. Prohibited Items: Weapons, drones, illegal substances, dangerous objects.

  • 12.1.3. Disregard Rules: Violating safety instructions of attractions.

  • 12.1.4. Forgery/Fraud: Counterfeit tickets or gaining entry without payment.

  • 12.1.5. Alcohol and Drugs: Consumption of illicit drugs or abuse of alcohol.

  • 12.1.6. Smoking: Prohibited outside designated areas (includes e-cigarettes).

  • 12.1.7. Unauthorized Recordings: Making recordings when prohibited.

  • 12.1.8. Property Damage: Vandalizing booths, pavilions, or decorations.

  • 12.2. Violations may result in a permanent ban. Staff have authority to take immediate measures for safety.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

  • 13.1. The ticket purchaser declares having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
