Originality & Authorship

All proposals must present original content. If a representative or agency submits on behalf of a speaker, that speaker must grant explicit consent and be directly reachable by the gamescom latam team.

Content Review & Code of Conduct

All content is curated by the gamescom latam programming team.

Any form of hate speech, harassment, discrimination, defamation, or political/religious campaigning will not be accepted.

Speakers are expected to maintain a professional and inclusive attitude throughout their participation.

Accessibility & Inclusion

We encourage submissions from speakers of all backgrounds, including underrepresented voices. Our goal is to ensure that all stages and sessions are inclusive and accessible.

Age Requirement

In compliance with Brazilian Law (ECA – Law nº 8.069/1990), all applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Participants under 18 may take part only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must present written authorization and valid identification upon request.

Providing false or misleading personal information, including age, will result in immediate disqualification and possible removal from the program.

Post-Acceptance Deliverables

If your session is accepted on January 20, 2026, you will have until February 20, 2026 to deliver all materials (trailers, reels, bios, slides, AV needs, and permissions). Incomplete or late deliveries may affect scheduling or promotion.

Recording, Media & Liability

By submitting a proposal, you agree that your session may be recorded and published on gamescom latam channels and media partners, with notice.

Organizers will not be liable for any losses arising from participation or publication.

Speakers are responsible for the accuracy and permissions of their content.
