To create content that resonates with our audience and meets their expectations, we need some information.

This form must be completed individually for each publication involved in the partnership. If the partnership includes more than one publication, please fill out the form for each one.

When submitting the link to the online folder with assets, please ensure you include all necessary files for producing the pieces. In addition to images, this may include font files, biographies, photos, and more.

In the briefing, please include the following information:
• SLA levels: approval deadlines from your company to ensure visibility and allow for planning accordingly.
• Suggested publication dates.
• Clearly state whether the publication should occur before, during, or after the event.

We also kindly ask that you adhere to the deadlines defined in the contract. If deadlines are not met, publications will be rescheduled to the timeframe and format that is feasible for the gamescom latam team. To inspire you, click here and check out some examples of posts and newsletters.
